OBD Wholesale orders are shipped via EMS Service. Customers should allow five to ten businss days from the date of order for delivery, except where noted. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours
How do I return an item?
We usually check item before we ship out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support @ obdwholesale.com (remove the spaces). For your protection, we recommend that you return products using insured mail or insured UPS. Return items must be in new condition. If the item was damaged during transition, please contact us for a replacement.
We will response for China CUSTOM issue, buyer need response for Import tax and CUSTOM issue.
If the item was in China CUSTOM,we will refund cusotmer,but if item already shipped and left China,go to your own country CUSTOM, buyer need response for that.
