1. How can I place my orders?
Please Login into our website when you place orders. Anyone can register on obdwholesale and start ordering right away. Please don't attempt to place orders by email, fax, or phone unless we have already discussed this with you.The prices you see are the real prices.You will see the total price including shipping costs before you confirm your order. You can cancel or make changes at any time during the checkout steps.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and ready to ship within 48 hours after your order has been approved Except Weekend and holiday. Most of the time your order is packaged and shipped within 12 hours, and sometimes even same day. Once an order has been received by us, you will receive an order confirmation email, Once we ship out your product, you will receive an e-mail, and we will update the tracking number on the Order. Please note that the 24 hour order processing time does NOT apply to orders in which we have to call customers to verify payment information.
3. Do you have a telephone number or fax number to take orders?
We do not take telephone or fax orders. all orders are placed directly online through our easy-to-use online store.
4. Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The more you order, the lower the per-item price it will be. If certain item has a MOQ, it will be clearly stated in the product detail. You can, however, still purchase samples for evaluation before making your actual big orders. Please feel free to contact us for evaluation samples.
5. What is the status "Pending" and "Pre-order" mean?
The status "Pending" means that you have not finished the checkout step so we have not received your payment yet. But if your status is changed to "Pre-order" after Payment Completed, we are afraid that the item you ordered is out of stock. Please contact us to get the update stock information.
6. Are there times during the year which you are closed for business?
Yes, we observe all major holidays. During these days, we will post a notice on our main page informing customers of that. Basically when the post office is off, we are unable to ship the orders out. You can place orders and these will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.
7. How to cancel the order?
There is no need to contact us to cancel orders which have not been paid for. These orders will expire automatically after a certain period. we permits checking out of orders using the online shopping cart as a system for customers to generate preformed invoices for themselves and to keep records of prospective purchases. Only orders that have actually been paid for are activated and entered into the order checking / processing system. In general, we can accept requests for cancellation of paid orders up to the working day on which the order enters the status "arrange shipping". Customers can request cancellation of orders by email quoting their order number.

11 . Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order with us, we are unable to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery and shipped via EMS, the parcel will be returned to us from the Post Office then we will email you for your new address and re-arrange delivery,but buyer need response for shipping fee.

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered,please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, please e-mail us.

We usually declare the value of goods as our customers' request or mark it as a GIFT. Any imported tax or problem caused when going through the custom should be on the customers' account. Please also note that if you are re-selling goods from us it is your responsibility to ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country.
